On Sunday 7th May we are starting outdoor yoga at St Enda's Park! Everybody is welcome! DATES Every Sunday 07 May 2017 - 24 Sept 2017 10:30am - 11:20am COST €5 payable at the beginning of the class in cash please. INFO This is an open level vinyasa flow class, generally suitable for all levels of fitness as well as complete beginners to yoga. Everybody is welcome. LOCATION St Enda's Park just beside the Sarah Curran Avenue car park. PLEASE BRING A yoga mat/towel and wear warm, comfortable clothes as we will be outdoors! This is outdoor yoga so bring a mat/towel that you don't mind getting a little grubby. You may also like to bring a bottle of water and suncream if we get the weather! WEATHER If the weather is bad on any particular day, the class will have to be cancelled unfortunately as we don't have a suitable indoor area to move to. Due to the Irish weather this may be last minute so please keep an eye on Facebook on the morning. TEACHER Fionnuala is a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher.
