Not only is Capoeira offered but other additional programs give you the ultimate package to tie it all together such as Acrobatics, Strength and Conditioning (aka Fundamentals of Movement), Dietary and Nutrition consultation, and so much
more to add to your current skills as well as help you acquire new ones. Everyone is warm and friendly making you feel welcome and often they get together outside of class which makes it more then just a class you attend weekly it becomes another family.
