StriveFor5 is aimed at all ages and levels of fitness to get people more active more often. Personal Training & Fitness Classes. What’s it about?
Firstly I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Leanne Whiteley, I am the founder of StriveFor5. I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Sports Development in May 2016 in which I completed REP's qualifications for Personal Training, Fitness Instructor & Group Fitness Instructor. I also am a qualified FAI coach and Spike Ball coach. I hold qualifications with Canoeing Ireland & Mountaineering Ireland.
My aim is to help people through Physical Activity.The 5km walking session is a FUN & SAFE initiate to interact with like-minded people & to walk at your own pace.
Find yourself stuck in a rut? tired in the evening and end up eating junk whilst watching endless hours of television, haven't worked out in....you can't even remember the last time.Well then this is for YOU!
This initiative is aimed at individuals who prefer the outdoors, want to be active but don't quite know how, who enjoy walking without the fear of walking alone, who want to make friends and for people who just enjoy being part of a community!
There is no pressure for competition, everyone will be starting on the same day and everyone will be at different fitness levels and that's what makes this so unique.

Well done to Cora and Ken who done a HITT weight training session yesterday with me. I hope I haven't scared them off with the intensity 😁
I would like to congratulate all my clients for reaching their target fat loss goals this week. They lost more body fat than expected and gained muscle in the process. I don't like putting up weight loss Stories but I'll contradict myself this time, but again don't focus on clothes sizes, focus on how your body feels, exercising regularly, enjoying treats and eating good foods often. Thanks for believing in me as a trainer and allowing me to follow this journey with you. 🏋️👋🏃

Yes 💖 you should always love your diet and as you can see it doesn't have to be all about eating salad as most people who are unsure about what to eat seem to think or the typical Irish Lunch of a roll or sandwich. Happy with my order from NutriQuick and can't wait to try new foods. I'd highly recommend trying them out and you will see how easier it makes eating on the go is.
