Best of Mayo Business Award Runner Up 2014 I am a senior clinical hypnotherapist, and advanced BWRT practitioner based in the West of Ireland. I opened my first practice in London after graduating from ICH in 2004. As is a requirement of our roles as therapists, I carry out continuous professional development regularly and at the moment am expanding my knowledge in the field of psychosomatic/mindbody disorders. My most recent qualifications were in NLP, Yoga and fantastic new therapy, BWRT (find out more - www.bwrt.org).
I qualified in Hypnotherapy in 2004 and went on to open my practice in The Chaim Centre, London. In January 2007 I relocated to Ireland, the home of my parents, and set up practice in Kachina, Castlebar, where I've been practicing ever since. I offer a range of treatments including help with smoking cessation, confidence, self-esteem, stress and anxiety, emotional clearing, and anything to do with the workings of the mind.
Hypnotherapy is a treatment that involves teaching deep relaxation skills to access the subconscious mind to make changes to the way we think, feel or behave, and to heal the mind, even the body.
In 2010 I was awarded the Senior Practitioner qualification from the General Hypnotherapy Register, for 5 years' continued practice. I am also registered and regulated with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and am a Member of the Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy.
