More drain problems. The tenants have been getting rats on and off for years, it's the hole around the pipe letting the rats gain access into the building. An easy fix.
So here's a wasp nest that we had to deal with today. It always amazed how a small pest the size of a wasp can get your adrenaline going. These guys are not happy even before we went near the nest.

So, one of technicians was carrying out a rodent treatment for a client that was hearing rodent activity in the wall. We already knew there a was drain running in the wall . We had the drains check, and no problem there. The client was still hearing activity , the technician took the decision to open up the wall and we found a open drain pipe not in use which did not show up on the drain survey. The home was build during the building boom, we are finding these type of problems on a weekly basis now.
