facebook.comKelly learned how to play this week and now she's learning how to pose... just look at her working that camera. Another reason to be proud of this girl 😊 You can visit Kelly at the DSPCA today and everyday from 11 - 4.30, where she's waiting to find a new home.
IT'S THAT FRIDAY FEELING :) Recently adopted cat Domino gets to meet his first ever foster kitten. It's always a bit of an anxious time but as we can see Domino is going to make a fantastic foster brother to hopefully many a kitten in need of a temporary home Xx

**UPDATE** Our Inspectors have checked the area and found a circus near the site, it would appear the camel belonged to them. Does anyone have any more information about the camel spotted in Finglas yesterday. He was seen and videoed on Charlestown Avenue yesterday morning. There are reports of a camel appearing in this area at about this time most years. Our inspectors are investigating but any information would be gratefully received.
Today was a good day. Not only did we see 9 dogs head off to their new homes but Kelly learned how to play! Through no fault of her own, Kelly a 3/4 year old Boxer cross didn't know how to play with other dogs. After weeks of trying to teach her today it happened and she was so happy! Here she is playing with staff dog Mowgli. We are so proud of her and things can only get better from here 😊 You can visit Kelly at the DSPCA any day from 11am - 4.30pm
Morning kisses with Toffeepop, the ever so cuddly Staffie 💜. Toffeepop is available for adoption and you can visit him any day from 11am - 4.30pm www.dspca.ie

Only one way to get through this wet and wild day and that's to cuddle up in your litter tray. Well according to Lyra and Serena anyway :) :) # cattery@dspca.ie
Update on Fleur the sick kitten. You may remember in early September we featured Fleur the kitten with infected eyes well here she is looking fab with her foster buddies Ed and Felix. Fleur will be off to her forever home this week and we wish her all the best for the future x If you would like to support the DSPCA and the work we do please visit https://www.dspca.ie/donate/ Thank you.
No more pain for this young family! This young female collie and her three pups came into us today in a horrific state. Absolutely petrified and covered in mange they have had a terrible start in life but today that is all about to change. The dogs who were brought to the DSPCA shelter by the South Dublin Co Council dog warden for treatment will now have a full vet check-up and medication to ease the discomfort before being tucked up in a warm bed for the night. After settling in they will be sent to foster homes for recovery time and lots of TLC. Care staff have decided to name mammy “Mist” but have yet to decide on names for her puppies. We will keep you informed as to how they get on.
Playtime 🤗. So many dogs getting lots of socialisation. See our stunning Sebastian taking it all in his stride 🐶
