Classes focusing on stability, flexibility, core, breathing and relaxation. Greet the day with early morning yoga!
Get your yoga fix before work/college and boost your energy and your productivity!
This class is suited to all levels.
Finding the time to practice yoga can be a challenge and so I invite you to join our early morning class at Studio 72. We begin the practice gently, then incorporate a variety of postures and flows to build heat where focus is on strength, flexibility and alignment. To end the class there will be a brief relaxation.
So come wake up your body, settle your mind and connect to your breath. Leave feel grounded, energised and inspired for the day ahead of you.
Day: Tuesday
Time: 7am - 8am
Cost: €12 Drop in or 6 classes for €60
Bring a friend and it's €50 each!
6 week block before Christmas:
