Almost 500 classes a month, Weight loss courses, Spin, Weight Training Classes, Strength & Toning HIIT, Boxing, Bums & Tums PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal Training sessions are conducted in a new personally designed and purpose built facility right in the heart of Grand Canal Dock.
BODY SLIM PROJECT: Meeting twice a week I'll show you how to lose weight, get fit and tone up. Following my realistic food plan you'll learn how to get in shape and stay there. Courses are 6 weeks long
WEIGHT TRAINING TECHNIQUE CLASSES: These are our most popular classes and we’ve almost 120 per month. With a maximum of just 5 people in each class, I’ve designed these classes to teach perfect technique, form and to demonstrate different rep/set combinations, to build strength and to tone. Classes are 30mins long and focus on just 3/4 exercises in each class.
CYCLING/SPIN CLASSES: From 20min beginner classes to 90min King of the Mountain advanced classes. Classes start at just €4.
STRENGTH & TONING CIRCUIT TRAINING: My S&T classes are fun, challenging interval & circuit training classes. From 30min intermediate to 60min Advanced.
