Modern TV unit This job had to incorporate many different functions, to display the television in a discrete way to hide all wiring and skybox etc also to incorporate the wood burning fire that also has a large vent System at the top to release hot air into the room also somewhere to store wood. We achieved this by installing a suspended wall made out of steel stood and fireproof plasterboard and marble. The unit is 4.5 m Long solid oak top with Polished mirror, Chrome frame drawer also there is lighting around the suspended wall that give a nice back lit effect at night.

Insulating ground floor in a Georgian residents This job had a dramatic improvement in the heat retention and the elimination of drafts coming up through the floor in this Georgian home. All the floorboards where delicately taken up with great care and numbered to be put down after the installation was installed creating a barrier to all that cold air that is necessary to pass through the underfloor in these kind of houses. Not only will it reduce your heating costs but it will be a much more comfortable Space.
ECO shed/cabin project The Shed was built mostly from salvaged materials from the renovation on the main house. It was designed from the materials that were available which is not the easiest way to do things allowing for planning exemption guidelines for garden sheds. All the walnut cladding that you can see facing the out side of the structure was water damaged flooring from another job, it was all dried out and planed leaving a beautiful finish as you can see. The interior was completely clad in scotch Pine floor boards salvaged from the main house. The slate roof was also salvaged. All of the glass I got for free from a glass shop that I deal with all the time from orders that work out wrong or are not picked up and what are being thrown out. I was very pleased with the final result.
Curved Walnut staircase job Getting the geometry and planning right on this was key there were many different aspects and complications to work out and resolve before we started. There was no guide to build this any where so we had to start from scratch. Everything was made by hand except the handrail which I had made by a cnc Machine from my calculation and specifications. It was a real pleasure from concept to completion to work on such a unique project. It was just myself and my helper over 4 weeks to build this on-site. Here are some photos with comments explaining the project Evolving.
