Just wanna thank everyone for all the support all weekend. It's means a lot to all the teams. Great weekend of competition. Our scaled team winning for the second year in a row. The masters Rx team finishing in 7th after their final wod caught them out. The Rx team finished 13th, not really what we where looking for but we'll take it and try build on it for next year.

Lunch time bootcamps start at CrossFit Glasnevin Monday 18th Sept. Classes will run every Mon Wed Fri at 1pm. Classes are open to all levels of fitness. Discounted rates for employees in Dublin Industrial Estate.
Folks just a reminder there will be no kids classes next week. They have the week off to settle back into school. The adults class at 9.30am Monday is also cancelled. Any questions just drop me a mail.
