The Bere Island regatta will go ahead at 4pm today. Ferry from the Pontoon at 3pm. Returning at 4.30pm 6.30pm and 8pm. Always a great day🤗

The Bakehouse Cafe, Rerrin will be open this weekend, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th October from 11am to 4pm each day, serving Bere Island breakfast, soup, assorted sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes and desserts

ANOTHER LIVE THEATRE PERFORMANCE ON BERE ISLAND West Cork Fit Up Theatre Festival present 'Green & Blue' written by Laurence McKeown and directed by Paula McFetridge on Saturday 5th August at the Lecture Theatre, Rerrin at 8pm with doors open from 7.30pm. Tickets are available on the door and are priced €15, €12 concessions, Please note the show is not suitable for audiences under 14 years old. Following his Antarctic expeditions, Tom Crean was stationed on Bere Island with the Royal Navy from 1916 – 1918. Catch the ferry from the pontoon at 7pm on Friday 31st March or Saturday 1st April to see this wonderful performance.
