Here's How it Works:
Creating a new on line casting call is easy. A new casting call for a show can be set up in minutes. A customised application form, upload feature & an amazing live audition feature are created for each casting call/show. A link is then created also. This link will bring applicants directly to you as soon as its posted on any social media platform. When a potential applicant clicks on this link they will be brought to you very own customised application site.
Then each applicant that comes to you via our software can be assessed by a your casting team. You will save valuable time and money by quickly scrolling through applicants’ portfolios and real-time interviews.
How it works – It’s so easy!
1.   Set yourself up! Create and customise your company's casting platform on My Audition Stage - this part only needs to be done once. e.g  Insert company logo & company colours.
2.   Now add the casting calls! You can add casting callouts for as many different shows as you like to your customised company platform. Just add a brief show description and show logo or show photo each time (if you have one). By doing this you will create a new link each time you create a new show/casting call.

3.    Each link can then be posted on any social media platform that your company uses regularly e.g Twitter, Facebook etc. or even onto your own company website. The link that has been posted on line will bring the applicant directly to that particular show's application form & live audition feature.  Then watch the applications roll in!
4.   The casting agent and their team have login details for their company platform where they can view all applicants coming in at any time. The casting team can then review applications & watch the auditions at any time they like. They can score, favourite or comment on any applicant and filter applicants easily for particular characteristics based on their application form.
5.   The agent can browse candidates’ summary cards, review their photos, videos and live interviews as easily as you would browse your Facebook timeline. Best of all each candidate is stored neatly in a filing system. Our software creates an on line database that can be accessed time and time again just by logging in.
6.   Each candidate’s summary card including photo can be printed individually or even downloaded to file also.
TV show applicants love using My Audition Stage for casting calls because it allows them to portray themselves in a manner in which they wish to be perceived as it allows them to upload any relevant photos, videos, links or documents. However the casting agent will also get the opportunity to assess how they perform in a timed 'real-time' audition which they can take via a webcam or smartphone. This audition is recorded live for the candidate, it cannot be re-done once the time has run out but can be watched at any time by the casting agents.
