When you have a problem with joints .../ Kiedy masz problem ze stawami… Sometimes the joint pain is caused by crystallized uric acid. This doesn’t have to be gout but too much stress on the kidneys may cause deposition of crystals in the joints. Poor diet, lack of exercise and some popular drugs - painkillers or tablets for colds and flu, might cause the kidneys to work not as they should. It is not a big problem, kidneys need just a little help and everything will return to normal. Daily drinking (at least for 2-3 months and on empty stomach) freshly squeezed lemon juice dissolve crystals of and green cocktail will clean the kidneys and strengthen the immune system. It will add energy and will allow enjoying spring without pain. Green cocktail: - half a cucumber - apple - half avocado - banana - half a bunch of parsley - half a glass of water To this base you can add a kiwi, a few stalks of celery, kale, etc. Blend and drink fresh 2-3 times a week, or daily as you like. Zmiksować i pić świeży 2-3 razy w tygodniu, można codziennie jak ktoś lubi.
