The concept of GYLO is to offer men the same creativity and styling that women are offered when they are having their hair done. Formed in 2008 a visit to GYLO is unique and at the very least simply entertaining. With surround digital radio and satellite sports TV GYLO entertains automatically as you wait. If you are one of our younger clients you are invited to play X Box and Nintendo DS unless you are one of our very young customers who normally just watch a DVD on a portable player while our barbers attend to their hair. All of this is guaranteed to cut out any tears! GYLO was the brainchild of George Mordaunt who is also the managing director of the Mordaunt Group. From its conception GYLO was always about styling, creativity, fun and quality all to the backdrop of a visually unique forward thinking barber shop.

Opening hours !!!! We are open tomorrow good Friday but CLOSING AT 6.30pm sharp. We Are open as normal on Saturday 9-6pm. We will be closed on Sunday and closed on bank holiday Monday. Back to normal opening hours on Tuesday 10-6pm. Joe will be working tomorrow Friday 9.30-7pm and Saturday 9-6pm on walk on basis only then he is OFF UNTIL APRIL 13th So if you are looking for him to cut your hair get in over the next two days. Thank you all for another fantastic week at Get Your Locks Off barbershop and apologies for any of you who were waiting for long periods for a haircut . We hope you all enjoy the festivities today and the bank holiday weekend and stay safe. We will be open again on Tuesday morning at 10am. We couldn't do what we do without our fantastic staff who work tirelessly without breaks most days to help you all look your best every week too 💕
THIS WEEKS OPENING HOURS!!! We are expecting a busy week here at get your locks off and we are expecting Thursday and Friday being the peak busy days so get in early this week to avoid long waiting times. Good news though, we will have extra staff on this week to keep you all happy and reduce waiting times. We are also OPEN ON ST. PATRICKS DAY from 9:00-1:30pm. Joe will be available earlier Saturday morning for very limited appointment only slots so message him on Snapchat if you are looking to book in early. It's also Marys last week in work before she heads out on maternity leave so message us here if your looking for her working hours this week to catch her before she goes. She will be in and out of the shop over the next few weeks to work a few odd days before D Day so she's not gone just yet. WE ARE BACK!!!! Just to let everyone know we are back on track after the snow and we will be open from 10am this morning until 6.30pm this evening and open right through lunch everyday as always. Thank you to all of our customers for your patience and understanding over the last few days with the shop having to close and despite everyone in the country having cabin fever, hopefully everyone got to spend some precious time with their nearest and dearest and enjoyed the few days of snow. As usual we are open late on Wednesday until 7pm and open late on Friday until 8pm. Don't forget about our special offer price on Wednesday, €8.50 for all haircuts all day Wednesday. UPDATE!!! We are sorry to announce that we are going to have to close the shop again today Saturday the 3rd of March. Most of our staff live out of town and the roads are still very unsafe to travel so we have no other option. Safety first always. Thank you all for your understanding and we will be open at 10am on Monday morning and hoping to see you all then. Don't worry ye will all still look gorgeous by then 😜.

Just a reminder... That our special offer wednesday will continue to run throughout the summer. All Haircuts all day every wednesday are only 8.50 euro. Open from 10:00-6.45pm every wednesday and open right through lunch with no appointments necessary. We also have a designated kids room with toys, a race car chair, cartoons and lolipops and with highly qualified and very friendly staff.
