With Pancake Tuesday just around the corner everyone will be making their favourite pancakes we have a little recipe for those of you who are training or trying to shred that Christmas bulk. You will need the following: Porridge Oats Protein powder Honey Almond milk or dairy or a similar alternative Banana is optional DIRECTIONS Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms.
