At Fusion, We aim to mix traditional Asian dishes with various different dining trends, to offer you a new taste of Asian cuisine. We aim to change our Fusion menu seasonally to maximise the offerings we can provide to our customers, while focusing on strong, tasty dishes in between.
All our meals and ingredients are freshly prepared on the day. We ensure that we source all our meat and vegetables from local, trusted suppliers, ensuring that when your food reaches your table it is as fresh and as flavoursome as possible.
All our stock is made from fresh meat and vegetables with absolutely no starches or additives included. Of course, if you have any specific dietary requirements or preferences, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
At Fusion, we want you to enjoy a complete dining experience. We aim to build and maintain great customer relationships in Ballinasloe. Your unique requirements will be our priority. Sharing food and friendship is our goal, so please drop in, if only to say hello.

Special regards to Dixie, our delivery driver who is on the road tonight for sending warm food to our customers. However, please ring in to check if we deliver to your area. Keep safe and warm is the 1st priority. Keep your heating on 24 hours and a slow running tap to avoid bursted pipes. Help/visit any neighbors specifically the elders who lives alone if you can. We would like to wish all our staff, customers, friends a very peaceful Christmas and a happy new year. I feel comfy and merry now at home, and thinking of the people not home yet.
