Achieve Fitness & Sport Performance is a facility designed to provide elite training services to athletes of all ages and abilities.  Also providing training to those looking to attain their fitness goals.

We cater for all categories of athlete from amateur to professional aswell as the general public.
We help you reach your potential by providing services such as Strength & Conditioning,  Sports Science,  Nutritional analysis and advice,  Fitness Testing and Sports Psychology.  
We also use the support from some of the best sport coaches in the country to enhance your performance.
Our training & programming is unique to each individual and based on the most up to date scientific research.  

Staff
Declan Mulhern  BSc

Declan is a Strength & Conditioning Coach who has worked with some of the best athletes in Ireland.  He has a degree in Strength & Conditioning and is a certified Weightlifting Ireland coach.  He also holds qualifications in sports coaching such as Soccer, Gaelic Games, Disability Inclusion etc.  
Professionally, Declan has worked with the Football Association of Ireland, Institute FC, various GAA Inter-county and club squads and Maiden City Soccer Academy as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.

He has also worked in the renowned Aspire Fitness & Performance facility in Derry providing services to athletes in sports such as Golf, Judo, Athletics, Cycling etc.
He has also provided training camps for athletes in Poland and the UK,  as well as regularly attending workshops & seminars internationally including visiting some Premier League Soccer Clubs in England & Scotland.

Declan is a coach with vast knowledge & experience in the industry working with athletes from amateur level right up to elite level sport. Currently he is Head of Athletic Development with the with the renowned Watty Graham's GAA club, Glenn Maghera. S&C coach to the Dungloe Senior Gaelic Football squad, Maiden City Soccer Academy and North West Warriors elite talent cricket squad. He also provides his services in Aspire Fitness & Performance in Derry to individual athletes in sports including golf, soccer, judo, athletics, cycling etc His previous roles include S&C coach with Institute Football Club, FAI Emerging Talent Program, Derry GAA and providing nutritional strategies to the Irish Football Association in Northern Ireland. Declan has also travelled internationally providing his expertise and gaining knowledge in places such as Poland and the UK, including 2015/16 Premier League Champions Leicester City.
