A 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training that involves full body movements where every muscle group works together, and intervals are short (less than a minute) so you can give max effort.
High intensity interval training is gaining in popularity in the fitness industry and with exercisers of all shapes, sizes and abilities as the cardio training do. Why? Because HIIT works!
HIIT is designed to be hard work, hence the term High Intensity. Not medium, not kind of tough, but HIGH. The aim here is to push your limits and get as close to your “threshold” as you can.
Intervals mean you work hard, then you rest, then you work again and so on. They are intervals of work and rest
Y O G A
Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses. Learning how to breathe can calm your mind; increase your mobility and flexibility. Yoga also increases muscle strength and builds stamina.
Whether you’re a regular yogi or are just starting out with the basics, Seriously Fit yoga classes are a great way to unwind and develop your mind and body.
W H A T I S Y O G A? While its origins stem from ancient India, yoga fitness has become widely popular all over the world for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind while building strength and toning muscles. Our experienced yoga instructor will take you through a series of stretches, positions and routines that will help you regulate and control your breathing.
B O X A T T A C K
Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.
Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout.
Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time, boxing classes is great for all ages and fitness levels.
Boxing is also great for stress relief. You'll also get an intense workout while improving your core strength at the same time.
B O O T C A M P
Be inspired to break barriers with BOOTCAMP, a new Cross Training challenge that makes a rival of the best town and coastal terrain.
B A S I C F I T
Beginners If you're looking for a great cardio workout with lots of activities and exercises to try, Basic Training classes will be right up your alley. This circuit style class provides a range of simple and high intensity activities for an all-over workout in a structured group exercise format.

When was the last time you increased your weights on weights day?? Are you guilty of picking up the same weights as you were in January. If your looking to change your body shape, the main reason your plateauing is because you are no longer challenging yourself. Your muscles change and become strong in response to training stimulus, but for further change you need to increase the demand on the muscle. This is done with progressive overloading. In order to increase muscle you need to continually make your muscles work harder then they are used too. That means increasing the weights you are using. But there are other methods to progressive overloading like adding extra reps, extra sets or making modifications to an exercise to make it harder. Congrats Maeve McGonigle July Member of the Month Maeve is super consistent week in week out, month after month so much so that exercise is now engrained her daily routine. She has gone to another level over the past few months getting a 5km Run 🏃♀️ in after every class. She trains hard and trains smart working hard 4/5 days a week, takes her rest days when she feels they are needed and eats really healthy, but still enjoys her nights out at the weekend(sometimes during the week😉) Maeve hates upper body day but loves leg day and for such a little lady is really really strong.
