Duffy's Farm is seeking a full time accounts personnel/office administrator for their busy office in Buncrana. Duties include: -Reconcile accounts in a timely manner -Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in database -Provide assistance and support to company personnel -Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies -Inform management and compile reports/summaries -Ability to work with Sage Accounts -Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) -Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data -Taking orders and passing onto the appropriate personnel -Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary -General Office Duties; filing, typing correspondence, post etc If interested please send through your CV to duffyspotatoes@outlook.com
