Quick reminder about the kids beginner classes, couple of people missed it....

Classes on as usual on today - adult beginners at 6.30pm, advanced Muay Thai at 7.30pm and boxercise at 8.30pm. New faces welcome. See you then, Rob.

We'd the very first junior fighter in the ring at 10 yesterday morning and the very last on the senior card at 12.30 last night, so it was as long as days get. Ups and downs all day, won four, lost four and drew one. Well done to all our fighters, proud of all of you. Things didn't go our way at times but... that's the fight game. Sometimes a fight can be decided by something we have no control over. Thanks to all the parents, helpers and supporters and to Ronan Mc Carthy and crew for the crazy amount of work that went into putting that show together.

Evolution kids show wrapped up - we had Fionn, Zane here, Dylan, Jamie and Summer in the ring today. Mostly wins but regardless of results they all fought great, showed lots of heart and represented their club proudly. Fight week... Four senior #Jaisua fighters competing this Saturday at @southdublinmuaythai #evolution event. All competitive matches but the lads are in good shape and ready to go. We've also got a stack of juniors fighting on the undercard so we'll be well represented. Tickets are in the gym so get in touch if you want to come and support your teammates

We've now wrapped up the latest kids beginner class course. Kids who have been training in that group can now join the advanced kids group on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm and the Saturday class at 12.30pm. We'll be kicking off a new kids beginner course in May. Details to be confirmed soon 👍

Shoreline closes early today and Monday so here's the times that WILL be on over the next three days Friday today (boxercise) 5-6pm Saturday kids 12.30-1.30pm and sparring in greystones 1.45pm Monday - mixed kids (for all ages) 4-5pm and mixed adults (all levels, women's etc) 5-6pm.

One of our two fights from last weekend in Belfast Joe O'Connor with a very composed performance against a strong, aggressive opponent who we knew had dangerous hands. Joe didn't get the win but fought beautifully. Well done Joe and also to Jason who was unlucky on the night, but will no doubt bounce back to winning ways soon. Well done lads 👊
