Peak physique is a health, fitness and athletic performance gym. At peak physique we design and implement personal and group training based on either strength, muscle-mass, fat loss or athletic specific conditioning. ⦁ Previous Irish sports massage therapist for the Ireland Rugby league team in the tertiary rugby league world cup.
⦁ Qualified biological science teacher with the department of education.
⦁ Previous strength and conditioning coach with Cistercian College rugby junior cup team.

Ladies only body sculpting classes start again next week. I will change the times to Tuesday 7.30pm, Thursday 7.30pm and Saturday at 10am as it will work better for everyone.
