St George's Balbriggan
Description
St George's is part of the Church of Ireland, an independent part of the worldwide Anglican/Episcopalian communion. We work for justice, peace and a sustainable future for all. We meet on Sundays in St George's at 12pm.
Children are invited to attend Sunday School (12pm). This takes place at the rear of the Church and outdoors in fine weather. Refreshments are served for all.
St George's is part of our local Group of Parishes, with Holmpatrick (Skerries) and Kenure. When there is a 5th Sunday in the month we join with our neighbours in Skerries and Rush to pray in one of the three churches at 11am.

facebook.comEaster Vestry 2018 All parishioners are invited to attend the Easter Vestry meeting. This annual Parish meeting is usually held after Easter each year. At this meeting the Select Vestry members for the next 12 months are elected. The parish accounts for 2017 will also be presented. St. George’s Easter Vestry will take place on Wednesday 18th April 2018 in St. George’s School, Balbriggan at 8pm. Only parishioners that are on the Registered List of Vestrymen can vote at this meeting.
Holmpatrick 150 Celebrations - Young Dublin Symphonia Concert The first of the Holmpatrick 150th Jubilee Year Events will take place in Holmpatrick Church on Sunday 15th April at 3pm in the afternoon, when The Young Dublin Symphonia (YDS) will perform a concert. Tickets are €10.00. Proceeds will be shared between Skerries Youth Support Services and Holmpatrick Church. The YDS is based in North County Dublin, their members are aged between 12 and 21 years. They played in Kenure Church in 2016 for their 150th Anniversary celebrations. Everyone is warmly invited to attend!
