How to become instantly more productive this week and get a lot more done!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻 Two really easy & simple tasks we implement on a daily & weekly basis that you can too! 1) Plan out your week on a Sunday! Yes. Sit down for 15/20 minutes Sunday evening and plan out your whole week! Training, work, family time, events, everything! If I was to be 100% completely honest, saying you don't have enough time to do the actual things you want to do is an excuse. We all get 168 hours in a week, it's up to you to manage & prioritise them in a way that's going to help you push forward! 👍🏻💪🏻 2) POWERLIST This is the single biggest & best piece of advice I have gotten in the last 2 years. The last thing before you go to bed every night is to create your PowerList for the next day. It's 5 critical tasks you need to do in that day to push you forward in your health, maybe your business or just important stuff you need to do! Also make sure these are meaningful and purposeful tasks! Not simple things like you should be doing anyway! 😊👍🏻💪🏻 On that note I hope everyone has a fantastic week!! During this time I really got a sense of what sets their team apart. I found their knowledge, attention to detail and their passion to be exceptional. This leads to tailored training in a world class facility focused in on your particular goal. From this training my power on the bike increased, my run form improved but most importantly my injury risk reduced phenomenally which is vital when you race & compete regularly. As an athlete himself Shane and his team provide exactly what you hope to achieve from strength and conditioning & transfer that to my triathlon racing! I believe an athlete of any discipline and level has something to be gained by this training. WK Fitness provide a training experience I have not seen anywhere else & I look forward to continuing to work closely with them over the coming years! Chest and shoulders up ✅ Pull belly button to your spine ✅Extend one leg fully, pull opposite knee back to your shoulder! ✅ squeezing your abs fully throughout! ✅ Perform 10/12 reps for 3 rounds with a medium resistance mini band! 💪🏻💪🏻
