Friday high protein lunch at desk : add 50g smoked salmon to a simmering pot of our Super Greens - 24 g of protein in total (and zero free sugar!)

Looking for a super easy super speedy healthy sugar free dinner? Try this Cuban Black Bean Chicken dish, ready in FIVE MINUTES!: 1 pot Just Food Cuban black bean soup 2 chicken breasts 1 tablespoon cumin or garam masala Bag spinach Handful frozen peas 100g rice, cooked Dice the chicken into bite size pieces, coat with the cumin, brown in pan with a little olive oil/rapeseed oil/butter, cook for a few mins, add the soup, bring to simmer, top with as much spinach as you like, plus peas, put lid on, simmer for another few mins, till spinach part cooked into dish. Check that chicken is fully cooked. Serve in bed of rice. Enjoy! (Serves 2 to 3)

The low down on sugars
Confused about sugars, added sugar, free sugar ? Think all sugars are bad? Think again and get some clarity from my blog post in the link below. Off sugar for the new year clean up? Not to worry, most of our soups contain no added sugar, absolutely zero, nor do they contain those sneaky sugar substitutes. Our remaining three varieties contain a minuscule amount, maximum of 1 gram per 400 gram pot! (And we are working on eliminating this tiny amount even). Wow!
