THE RINK @ ELEMENTS The first ice skating rink using environmental friendliness concept, no cement (100 tones saved) under ice and on the pi...pes, zero emission from electric powered zamboni. Integrate the 'pay as you skate' concept using the automated Octopus system in Hong Kong.
