We’re launching a new kind of city guide in print, written by you! So we want your suggestions of the most inventive, inspired, alternative and eccentric ways of experiencing CPH / OSL / STH.
You are an artist, designer, writer, curator, photographer, illustrator, furniture maker… in fact, you’re anyone working in the local creative industry with a great little left-field recommendation to share with the wider creative community, so that curious out-of-towners can experience your city like a local and explore and enjoy it's otherwise hidden cultural fabric.
Your suggestion could be about a secret cinema club, a day trip out on a boat to a remote island, an artist-run workshop/gallery, an underground bar with a secret entry password or just a local, independent bookshop stocking a wealth of hard-to-find niche titles. It’s entirely up to you… our only criteria is that it is witty, enticing, amusing and something out of the ordinary.
Send us your suggestion of between 70 and 120 words (the guides will be published in English so any entries in your native tongue will be translated). If your entry is published, apart from turning your friends green with envy, you will be credited as an official contributor and receive a complimentary guide complete with bespoke, illustrated map hot off the press for your fine effort.
