Sorella Cider offer a fine selection of English traditional ciders and contemporary fruit ciders within Cyprus. Sorella Ciders are craft ciders at their very best with a freshness and balance like no other.
From the very first mouthful expect an explosion of fresh apple flavour on the palate, a nicely balanced natural fruit sweetness and a beautiful lingering finish.
At its core Sorella Ciders is a family business with strong traditional family values that is supported by a team of specialists with expert backgrounds in microbiology and fermentation science and all with considerable experience in brewing of craft beers and the production of world-class ciders.
Sorella Cider is produced on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus where our craft cider benefits from the island’s unique range of microclimates and a strategic location that is perfectly positioned for shipping at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa.
We are based within Aphrodite's Rock Brewery in the village of Tsada, about a 15 minute drive from the coastline of Paphos. On visiting us you can tour the brewery and learn the process of cider production and try out all 4 flavours in our bar. Once you have a favourite you can buy bottles from our shop to take away for home consumption.
