Brake failure due to massive ware . Pads were low disc was thin due to wear and previous skim . The pad left the caliper and locked the brakes . Don’t ignore nosies when you push the brakes and just because you past an MOT dose not mean that you have a lot of friction material left. Good news is we turned job around in few hours and will be back on road tomorrow 😀🚗🚗🚗🚘🚘
