Small, family run Guesthouse in the heart of Old Town of Dubrovnik Situated within 3 stone houses in Dubrovnik's historic quarter in the center of Old Town of Dubrovnik, this tastefully decorated family-run Villa provides guests with the perfect pied a Terre from which to explore the UNESCO-protected historic quarter of Dubrovnik and sample Mediterranean specialties at nearby restaurants as well as the surrounding area.
All rooms are within the Old Town area, where we aren't allowed to change the outside of the heritage buildings to allow for extensions, so we do with what we have and have come up with all different size and style rooms in each building.
Villa Sigurata is 55 yards (20 meters) away from the popular Stradun Street, in a quiet street within the walls but just away from the noisy heart of the old town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and stone elements.
In each building there is a small kitchen available where guests can prepare their own meals.
Laundry and ironing services are available upon request at an additional charge.
