Villa Mediteran Dubrovnik
Description
With its charm, Villa Mediteran introduces you to the very heart of Dubrovnik. This stone villa surrounded by Mediterranean plants will give you a sense of intimacy and ambiance in which upper-class citizens of this town used to live in. You are only a few minutes walking distance from Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town and a nice ten- minute walk through a pine forest to Danče or Šulić beaches. The Villa was built in 1930s by a wealthy family from Dubrovnik and comprises 400 m2 divided into two floors with terraces. The large ground floor terrace is immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation and provides an ideal combination of sun and shade, inspiring with a sense of gentle warmth. Spacious stone terrace on the upper floor, sunny from sunrise to sunset, offers great views of the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence (Lovrijenac). The ground floor features two suites with private bathrooms, a large joint salon with a toilette, and a completely furnished kitchen. The upper floor of the house features three suites with their own bathrooms, two of which have an exit onto the large sunny terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and wi-fi signal is available in each one. Villa Mediteran can accommodate a total of 10 + 2 persons on extra beds.
