In January 2014, Le Saleya unveiled the next chapter in the restaurant’s history: a significant redesign, the extension of our terrace and a brand new menu designed by our Chef Philippe Charon. French style Suckling Pig, Pan-fried Goose Liver, Croustillant de Joue de Boeuf just to cite a few of our signature dishes that are to be washed down with a Pouilly Fumé, a Bordeaux or a Côtes du Rhône, the epicurean way…
