The menu includes a Grilled Oysters with Osetra Caviar Hollandaise as a teaser, Tuna Carpaccio, Brunoise Olive Tapenade, Smoked Olive Oil for starter, and a main course choice of Seared Scallops, Chanterelle Raviolis, Leek Fondue, Truffle Butter or Beef Filet, Bone Marrow Bordelaise, Red Wine Reduction, White Bean Ragu. All dinners will conclude with a delicious Meringue Layer Cake with Rose Scented Cream, Fresh Berries and Pistachio Anglaise as well as Housemade Chocolate Truffles for desserts.
