THG Productions focuses on commercial film production and international co-production services. Founded in 2006, THG Films has built a solid reputation over the last decade to become one of the most influential, leading commercial production houses in China.
Currently THG has two primary offices based in Beijing and Taipei, with an expanding array of production company cooperatives throughout China.
THG's core team is comprised of senior executive producers from Mainland China, the U.S., and Taiwan.

4 Tips for Finding the Right Company to Produce Your Next Television Commercial: NOTE: Before you sign up with any production company or advertising agency, be sure they can do the job right. How can you tell if a TV production company is capable of making a quality, compelling television advertisement for your brand? Here are 5 Tips to consider: 1). Experience: Mastery of Broadcast Television video. The web is littered with people who make videos, and some may even call themselves TV producers or ad agencies. Unfortunately, most of them don't have real TV experience, but instead do things like wedding video, amateur YouTube postings, or flat screen sales at Best Buy. Undetectable to the untrained eye, they are inevitably missing vital components of a real TV commercial. These missing technical components will stop your ad from being accepted by networks and/or getting on the air. Mistakes in broadcast specifications include poor signal, incorrectly formatted images, text, or audio, improper total running time, omitted broadcast ID codes, unreadable phone number or URL, and much more. Not surprisingly, many self-proclaimed “producers” make these mistakes. Only real experience in broadcast production can keep these errors in check. TV networks (even in China) consider commercials part of their creative programming. Bad ads make the network look bad. And networks reserve the right to refuse to air an ad if it doesn’t meet technical standards, or contains inappropriate images or claims. In China, if you're looking for a way to make a broadcast quality advertisement it can be a daunting and challenging task. THG however understands both what the client needs to reach the Chinese market and possesses the experience to produce quality TV commercials that consistently perform to all current and evolving broadcast technical standards. 2). Integrity: Using an untrained producer can be dangerous. Most amateur producers are ignorant of the laws regarding copyright and usage of images and music, and are more than happy to grant the advertiser “ownership” or “use” of video that they themselves have no legal right to use. Ultimately, they expose the advertiser’s company to a potential lawsuit when the real owners of the images discover the impropriety. Surprise! A big legal bill for you. 3). Awards: Accolades and the Respect of Peers You want is an ad that brings in the customers, and puts your business in its best light. Less-talented producers may scoff at awards, claiming a great looking ad isn’t necessary. But look out: if your producer can’t create ads that are interesting to watch, then your customers will change the channel when your ad is shown.
