G20 Kitchen: Namaste! A taste of India in Beijing - CCTV News - CCTV.com English

Dear Friends, With Indian PM Mr Modi in China for the G20 Summit, CCTV English – China's premier English language National television channel – chose Ganges Indian Restaurant to represent Indian food in China as part of their G20 Kitchen series. Ganges Director Laxman Hemnani was interviewed and talked about the health properties of the spices used in Indian cuisines, and the CCTV team visited one of the Ganges kitchens for a look at how we prepare Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Naan Bread. Visit http://english.cctv.com/2016/08/26/VIDELJifmHP3NTKSYpcotb6k160826.shtml to see the interview. We think it is very interesting! (p.s. you may need to turn off your VPN to view the video, if you are watching from China.) And if viewing the video makes you feel hungry, we welcome you to visit us for a meal! Yours sincerely, Hetal and Laxman Hemnani Ganges Indian Restaurant Beijing
