The company operates on 3 Tier system to service every type of client. Offering high protein plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian meals, as well as delicious and hearty beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and fish options.

We work hard each weekend to prepare hundreds of meals for individuals who don't want to spend their valuable time off grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.! Simply put, we #MealPrep so you don't have to! WE HAVE SOME IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1) If you haven't already heard, WE'VE UPDATED OUR MENU! 😃 New items include a deliciously creamy Chickpea Coconut Curry (plant-based), Sweet and Sour Chicken (available in 6oz or 10oz), Roasted Sweet Potato, etc. View our full menu on our website! 2) We also wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that we will be closed over Easter weekend! This means no meals will be prepared for Monday April 2. While we do our absolute best to offer a very consistent and reliable meal service, we do sometimes (rarely?) try to take a weekend off! Monday February 19th is FAMILY DAY! We are still preparing meals, however pick-up and delivery times are different than usual.. 1) Pick-up at The Seattle Coffee House will take place MONDAY from 9am-9pm 2) Pick-up at Eat Local Pizza and The Crew on May will take place on TUESDAY during the restaurants usual time frame! 3) Deliveries can be scheduled for both Monday and Tuesday next week.
