I'm providing 1 on 1 and small group training (2-4 people) in the Sussex area, and online online training services. It's my mission to help as many people as I can achieve their fitness goals. Fitness has become all too generic; how many times do we see "get your 6-pack in 6 weeks" on the cover of magazines? Those plans don't take into account that everybody and every body is different. Everyone has different wants, different needs and different GOALS! I recognize that no two bodies are the same and I will create a personalized plan specifically for your body's needs.
