SLOW FLOW MAKE-UP CLASS RE-SCHEDULED Hey Folks! I have a slight schedule conflict and will be moving the Slow Flow make-up class from Thursday April 20th to Tuesday April 18th. I know that Tuesday isn't the regular night for Slow Flow so if you had registered for the Winter Session and are unable to make the Tuesday class please send me a message.
