facebook.comThe Travel Lift Project is slowly coming together. The next steps will be to pour a concrete slab over the big concrete boxes (or cribs), place ready rock (or concrete blocks) on top of the concrete and then finally, pour a concrete track for the travel lift itself to ride on. As usual, we are looking for volunteers to help out. Come on down and lend a hand. You'll be glad you did!

So excited! And a note from the Lord Nelson: We also have 6 trainee places available on the voyage from Lunnenburg, join ship 11 Aug, depart 20 Aug. As the only vessel than can accept disabled crew including wheelchair users as working crew mates, this would be a great opportunity for your local mixed ability people to join in and sail with us. Daily blogs/social media posts could be sent from the ship which would be a great way of build up some promotion for your event. I can imagine your local & national media would love the story of your disabled people having the opportunity to sail a tall ship.
Only $20 for entertainment, casino and appetizers! What could be better? Start the boating season off right by having fun at the club! If you were talking with people about the Casino night last year, you will know how much fun it is!
Come on out and join us for the spring opening casino and dance! Tickets can be bought at http://rkyc.nb.ca/event/spring-opening-casino-night/?instance_id=618
