For those who participated in the Slab Block Piecing Bee at the Powassan Library - thank you - and there is a rotary cutter missing-in-action. Check your stuff, please, and if you have an extra give Kim a call at the shop. The person whose cutter is missing needs to complete her Saturday Sampler block for this coming Saturday. We all know how important it is to complete our blocks-of-the-month.

95 Slab Bocks and counting...Wednesday April 12, 2017 from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m., be part of Canada's Big Quilt Bee by piecing a Slab Block. The Sewing Machine, 262 Worthington St., West in North Bay will be holding a Slab Block Sewing Bee. For more information call Kim at 705-724-9657.

First time I've enjoyed a pile of leaves. Thanks to those who have been collecting the Trans Canada Blocks. Too bad I can't jump in this pile of leaves. Leaves destiny are leaf kits for the Maple Log Cabin block.
