Join us on either Tuesday, January 26th or Thursday, January 28th from 6-7pm for FREE Commando Krav Maga Demo Classes. This 60-minute class will be comprised of a challenging Combat-Cardio component, followed by hands-on self defense practice. No experience necessary and everyone is welcome.
