Here's a simple Himalayan hot sauce recipe! If you like feta cheese, cilantro, and spice you will love it. The key ingredient is Himalayan peppercorn (eyarma) Himalayan Hot Sauce Ingredients: -2 tablespoons ginger (chopped) -6 cloves peeled garlic -1 red onion (chopped) -1 tomato (chopped) -1 small bunch cilantro (chopped, stem and leaves) -150 grams feta cheese -2 tablespoons eyarma -1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) -1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil -12 Thai red chiles Directions: Combine all ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor. Blend ingredients and add olive oil slowly as it mixes. Taste it and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Enjoy!

Cilantro is one of my favorite herbs! My first memory of cilantro is when I was very young living in Bhutan, every time my grandma would make hot sauce or cook she would ask me to pick cilantro out of her very own garden. We use leaves for cooking and garnishing and stems and roots are used for sauces - so nothing goes to waste. Every time I smell cilantro it brings me home
