Just a reminder that our industry night is happening this Sunday. Good times will be had.

Just when you thought brunch couldn't get any better... IT DOES!!! This weekend we've got a pin (small cask) of Stonehammer's Oatmeal Coffee Stout available with all things brunch. We'll be pouring this delicious beer Saturday and Sunday during brunch until it's gone. For those who don't know what cask beer is: Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is usually unfiltered and an unpasteurised beer which is conditioned and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure, known in the UK as "real ale".

Join us next Sunday night (Feb. 18th) at ECBC where we'll be pouring cask beer from our friends at The Second Wedge Brewing Co. and listening to great tunes from Chris Collins of Dub Trinity. Starts at 7pm - late.

Just over 1 week to go until the big day. We've got lots of holiday orders rolling in, but there's still time to place yours. We'll be accepting holiday orders up until close (5pm) on Thursday Dec. 21st. Be sure to stock up on breads as pastries as we're taking some down time during the holidays to rest and recharge. Our holiday hours are listed below and will be posted at the bakery. Happy Holidays!
