We will explore yoga sequences focused on working with and strengthening the glutes and legs. Offering something different, whether hatha or flow based, we will have some fun while exploring this different area of our practice. This workshop welcomes all bodies, all experiences. We will build a strong base with breath and movement, explore new postures focused on the backline and shake our booties just a little bit!
