Please meet Mat Cacciatore, now at Serpa BMW Mat Cacciatore, Serpa BMW, Manager Client Retention & Executive Sales, loves autos and motorcycles. Not just a car buff, he lives the dream by modifying and racing vehicles. His background was in retail management, including a stint operating at Aeropostale in Thornhill. While he rose in his retail career, he always thought he might be good at vehicle sales and customer service but he never found a dealership that had what he called ‘good values,’ until a friend introduced him to our former Mazda dealership in Richmond Hill and he realized, “This is a place where I could be.” Now at Serpa BMW, Mat feels that helping find the right vehicle for individuals, “makes a difference in their lives.” He lives by the motto ‘to never lie and never prejudge an individual.’ So far that is making a big difference for us and Mat’s customers. In his spare time, in addition to his auto interests, he enters fitness competitions, including this year’s Tough Mudder, the Becel 75km Ride For Heart and Sporting Life 10K. We were out in force at the Easter Seals Conn Smythe dinner Feb. 17. Not only did Serpa BMW help send kids to summer camp with an additional contribution beyond taking a table but we also mixed with the event's stars. Here we are with ex Leafs' GM and award winner Cliff Fletcher, talking to 500 goal scorer Lanny McDonald, Frank Serpa and Thushen Naidoo with Sportsnet's Christine Simpson, Mat Cacciatore and Gautam Shah with Olympic Great Heather Moyse and Gautam and Thushen with Heather Chen, an Easter Seals ambassador.
