Tip #16 : Be Wise Be wiling to be open to new possibilities. Try new things, especially if these things scare you. One of my favorite women said: The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. - Eleanor Roosevelt And the owl would say: "Knowledge is knowing what to say. Wisdom is knowing when to say it."

Tip #14: Employ body-first approach This is noticing your emotions and body sensations. This gives you the opportunity to take slow, deep, smooth, and even breaths; bring yourself into the moment; and establish neutral ground from which you think and feel your way to your next move. Maintaining this body-aware state, you can take charge and sort out a plan of action. You get proactive and sensitive. We always have a choice of where we place our attention. We can go into our heads and rely primarily on mental cognition - our thoughts, assumptions, and projections. Or we can turn to our bodies and put our trust in embodied cognition- what the body is telling us in the form of sensation, gut instincts, and feelings.
