I love my organic coffee with real cream. But today I was brave and made some fresh cashew cream to try instead!!! OMG, YUM!!! and it was so easy ... I threw some cashews and some filtered water in my crazy powerful blender and voila!!! Done!!! It's not the same, but it does bring a lovely taste to the table. Funny what can happen when the cream goes bad in the fridge and you are in a pinch!!! lol. Tomorrow I might give Brazil nuts a try --- Natascha Steckel, Reflexologist
