facebook.comHello! Chances are if you’ve been to the farm or kept up with our family in the last three years you’ve seen our lovable and gentle giant Charlie. She’s kind and charming, and always welcomes a belly rub. Not only is she a member of our family but she also looks after our farm. As you may know, we have many chickens, pigs, and goats that require supervision from coyotes and bobcats; Charlie keeps our farm safe and loves to mingle with our guests. However, she is currently unable to walk on her back leg because of an ACL tear and now requires critical surgery to repair the muscle. Her surgery date is set for March 14 where the surgeon will fully remove the existing damaged ligament and replace it with a new structure made of metal. She will require 8 weeks of recovery time, which will be difficult for our farm dog. We ask you now to hep us raise $5000 for Charlie’s ACL surgery. All money will go exclusively to helping her, and as a token of our thanks we are also giving a free pumpkin of your choice, and a hayride and corn-maze ticket to all that donate so you can visit and see the wonderful dog, and member of our family, you helped save.
