European, Tropical Fusion Cuisine DELISH will introduce Hamilton to many food accents from places around the world, starting with: Spanish, Portuguese, Mexican, Persian, Italian and a mixture of Central American cuisine accents. Drinks will include: Spanish Beer, Portuguese Wine, Italian Coffees, Costa Rican Fruit Juices and North American staple beers and soft drinks. These are just some and many flavours to come.
Our restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and elegant. We are friendly, come a stay awhile or just drop in for your a drink. We want you to feel at home, with friends or to meet new ones.
Owner Erick Merlos and Chef Karima combine the freshest and finest ingredients to bring a new twist to classic European cuisine.
