Cree Village Eco Lodge
Description
Located on Moose Factory island in northern Ontario, our 20-room lodge and 56-seat restaurant is a blend of ecological principles within a Cree cultural filter.
In July 2000, the Cree Village Eco Lodge opened as the first Indigenous owned Eco Lodge in the northern hemisphere. This modern building is a state of the art eco-tourism facility, designed and operated by the MoCreebec people in accordance with traditional values and a focus on Cree cultural and ecological sustainability.
