To all the beautiful souls that came to the meditation last night, thank you for your willingness to be brave and open and trusting and transparent. Each one of you are a true inspiration. Each one of you brought an original and precious vibe to the group. In this life we have much to concern ourselves with. For me personally I think one of our greatest challenges is isolation. There is nothing more tragic then if one person feels alone. Lloyd and I opened the doors of our beautiful store the 9th vibration with the intention to create a space that is meaningful. Where people in our community and beyond can come and feel safe to explore their personal self expression on every level. After the meditation Lloyd and I went home and watched Gordon Downie as he was interviewed for the first time since his diagnosis. What a beautiful, gentle sweet man. I am proud and inspired by his amazing courage. I am going to be calling on all of you to join in a beautiful healing circle of light to be sent to Gord and his family. I will post the time soon.
